The client is a small-to-medium-sized food processing plant located within a local industrial park. It specializes in the production and wholesale of deep-fried foods, including fried dough products, meat snacks, and snack foods.
As market orders gradually increased, the client’s existing frying equipment could no longer meet the demands of continuous production and oil management. Frequent oil changes not only increased costs but also affected product taste consistency.
During the equipment selection process, the client explicitly requested a combined solution of a fryer + oil filter system. This integrated approach enables simultaneous frying and oil circulation filtration, thereby improving production efficiency and extending the service life of cooking oil.

Simultaneously, our business team meticulously confirmed voltage standards, operating methods, and shipping details. This ensures seamless installation and commissioning upon arrival in Russia, minimizing post-delivery debugging costs for the client.
Following order confirmation, the factory strictly organized production according to contractual requirements. Packaging and container loading were standardized to guarantee safe transport during long-distance international shipping.
The deep fryer equipment has now been successfully shipped and is scheduled to arrive at the Russian customer’s facility as planned, providing reliable support for their future expansion of fried food production capacity.
