Working principle of the air screen grain cleaning machine

The machine consists of a vibrating screen deck, replaceable screens, dual-suction air dust removal system and drive motor. It processes materials via vibrating screening and air winnowing:

  1. Vibrating Screening & Grading: Raw materials enter the screen deck, graded by particle size via vibration and different screens. Fine impurities fall and are discharged; qualified materials and large particles are discharged separately.
