The client is a small-to-medium-sized egg grading and packaging enterprise that consistently supplies eggs to local supermarkets, food service channels, and food processing plants. With order volumes steadily increasing, the client plans to introduce automated egg sorting machines to upgrade their egg grading and conveying processes.
Equipment configuration and solution confirmation
Based on the client’s requirements for production capacity, stability, and food hygiene standards, we configured an egg grading machine paired with egg conveying equipment to form a continuous workflow.
The grading machine achieves a capacity of 5,400 eggs per hour, meeting the client’s current daily processing needs. The entire unit is constructed from 304 stainless steel, complying with European food processing workshop hygiene regulations.

After confirming voltage standards, workshop layout, and equipment dimensions, both parties successfully finalized the cooperation. The equipment underwent pre-shipment debugging and inspection, followed by packaging and dispatch according to customer specifications to ensure rapid installation and operation upon arrival in Austria.
This shipment includes not only the main egg grading equipment but also a matching conveyor system, enabling seamless integrated operation for the customer. By introducing egg grading and conveying equipment, the customer can significantly enhance grading efficiency, reduce labor costs, and lay the foundation for future expansion of egg packaging and sales operations.
