Recently, our factory has completed the production and successful delivery of a screw juicer. The customer is from Spain, specializing in the production of natural wines and boutique stock wines. Now, the customer needs to upgrade the traditional pressing process to solve the problems of low manual efficiency and loss of flavor due to the oxidation of fruit skins.

Analysis of the customer’s needs

  • The traditional pressing method is prone to excessive grape skin breakage, accelerated oxidation reaction, affecting the aroma of the wine.
  • Small batch and multi-species brewing requires frequent adjustment of equipment, and the low efficiency of traditional machine switching restricts the speed of new product development.
  • High energy consumption and labor dependence push up production costs.

  • The progressive screw extrusion structure reduces the damage and oxidation of the fruit skin and preserves the natural flavor of grapes.
  • Compact body (1.7 x 0.6 x 1.1 meters) and automated operation reduces manual intervention.

  • The whole machine adopts food grade 304 stainless steel contact surface and carbon steel frame, 4kW low power design suitable for family farm level power configuration.
