Recently, a full set of complete peanut frying processing line finished inspection, wooden case packaging and container loading, and was shipped to Congo for local fried peanut snack manufacturing.

Customer background and production demand

The Congolese customer runs a local nut snack factory that mainly produces and wholesales seasoned fried peanuts to supermarkets, street vendors and catering stores.

Before purchasing the line, he relied on scattered small manual machines, which brought low output and unstable finished product quality.

After checking our equipment parameters and stainless steel material standard, he ordered the matched full processing set to realize automatic sorting, frying, de-oiling and seasoning of raw peanuts.

Peanut frying processing line full configuration

This complete peanut frying processing line is fully made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, matching the customer’s 380V 50Hz three-phase local power supply:

  1. TZ-1000 Electric 揚げ機: 50kg per batch, 2mm thick stainless steel tank, 40kw electric heating
  2. Bottom Discharge Deoil Machine: 40-50kg per batch, matched with separate air compressor
  3. 20kg Batch Seasoning Machine: 1.2mm 304 stainless steel for food contact parts
  4. Bucket Hoist: PVC belt with stainless steel hoppers for automatic feeding
  5. TZ-3 Peanut Sorting Sieve: 3-layer screens with 34/38/40mm mesh, capacity 200-400kg/h
  6. Supporting spare parts: Extra heating tubes and sorting screens for long-term production

All machines form a continuous workflow to cut labor cost and improve peanut finished quality.

Machine packaging and shipment on-site
