Material enters the grinding chamber through the feed inlet and is pulverized by the shearing and impact forces generated by high-speed rotating blades. The pulverized material passes through the screen, where particle size is controlled to achieve uniform grinding results.

Installation and operation instructions

  • Connect the power supply correctly. Before starting, manually rotate the flywheel to check for foreign objects.
  • Perform an idle run to verify the cutting tool rotation direction. If rotating in reverse, adjust the sequence of the three-phase power cables.
  • After a 3-minute idle run confirms normal operation, proceed with material feeding for production.
  • Do not feed iron pieces or other extremely hard foreign objects.
  • Immediately stop the machine and inspect if abnormal noises occur.
  • It is recommended to install the equipment in an independent, well-ventilated area.

Maintenance of bone grinder machine

  • Regularly inspect the tool bolts. Re-tighten them after one week of new machine operation.
  • Lubricate the bearings with grease every 20 days to maintain proper lubrication.
  • Regularly check the sharpness of the tools to prevent dull blades from damaging other components.
  • Clear residual material from the chamber before startup to reduce initial load.
  • Periodically check belt tension and adjust motor position as needed.
  • Maintain a cutting tool clearance of 0.5–0.8mm during replacement.
