The WFJ series superfine pulverizer grinding mill combines high-speed shear grinding with air classification technology. It can process various materials into uniform powders ranging from 80 to 450 mesh, with some materials achieving micron-level fineness of 10–25μm.
The entire system features an air-classifying structure design, eliminating the need for screens or meshes. Powder fineness is controlled by adjusting the classification impeller speed. Production capacity ranges from 20–1500 kg/h, depending on the model. It is widely used for ultrafine grinding in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and new materials industries.

Superfine pulverizer structure and working principle
The ultrafine grinding mill assembly consists of the following components: grinding main unit, classification device, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal exhaust fan, conveying pipeline system, and electrical control system.
These systems work in concert to form a complete grinding, classification, and collection process.
- Material enters the equipment through the hopper and is conveyed by a screw feeder into the grinding chamber. Under the action of high-speed rotating blades, it undergoes shearing, impact, and friction to achieve pulverization.
- The ground material then enters the classification zone, where particle size screening occurs via a rotating classifier wheel.
- Larger particles are flung back into the grinding chamber by centrifugal force for further grinding, while particles meeting the required fineness are drawn into the cyclone separator by negative pressure for preliminary collection.
- Subsequently, secondary separation occurs through the bag filter, yielding a finished powder of uniform fineness.
Product fineness is controlled by adjusting the classification wheel’s rotational speed—higher speeds produce finer powder.
A vacuum food packaging machine can be integrated downstream based on the specific product type.
