浑浊液中每个物体的密度不同。离心油过滤器利用高速旋转，在离心力场或重力场中获得不同的沉降速度，以实现分离和层析或沉降固体颗粒的目的。

如何使用离心油过滤器

Turn on the power supply of the centrifuge cleaner and add the salted crude oil. Crude oil flows from the oil hopper through the hollow axle at the upper end of the centrifuge cleaner to the nylon disc at the bottom of the drum. The small disc quickly distributes the crude oil evenly to the inner wall of the drum.

此时，由高速旋转的滚筒产生的强离心力将不同重量的固体和液体分离。经过2-4分钟后，关闭电源。在滚筒逐渐停止旋转后，净油自动流出。滚筒停止旋转前后只需5-6分钟，过滤能力为每小时250-350公斤油。

什么是盐渍原油？

盐渍油是在油中加入少量热盐水。盐水与油的比例一般为1-1.5%。

为什么要加盐水？

1. 加入盐水可以起到除磷的作用。H2O、NaCl（盐）与P发生结合反应，形成重盐Na2P5O（磷酸钠）和H2（氢气），磷酸盐易于过滤。
2. 加入盐水可以使过滤后的油更清澈。

你也可以选择不加盐水，因为盐水的目的是加快磷脂的积累。

离心油过滤器的优点

1. 过滤速度快。每3-4分钟过滤一次，每次过滤油量为15-20公斤，一小时内可过滤250-350公斤油。
2. 易于清洗。每过滤1000kg油残渣一次，清理油残渣非常方便。
3. 与其他设备相比，没有易损零件，适合长期使用。无需担心清洗和更换过滤布。
4. 效果优于其他过滤设备。板框式油过滤器存在更换和耗费滤布的问题；空气过滤器的过压可能引发爆炸。使用离心过滤器可以获得高纯度、色泽清澈的油，直接销售或食用。
5. 操作稳定。离心油过滤设备体积小，但技术含量高。首先，滚筒在高速旋转时容易出现平衡问题。如果有轻微偏差，会发生固液共振，最终会损坏机器内部零件。这台机器运行平稳，不会出现这个问题。
