土豆去皮切割机
This 土豆去皮切割机 combines cleaning, peeling, and shredding. After the potatoes enter the feeding cylinder, the potatoes are rubbed against the corundum of the inner wall of the feeding cylinder under the action of centrifugal force, and the potato skin can be effectively removed. Skin that cannot be removed because of potato sags can be peeled artificially.
在滚筒旋转过程中，可以持续加入水，冲洗掉粘附在内壁的土豆皮。
焯水工作完成后，可以打开料斗门，将土豆放入旋转盘，经过切割机处理后得到土豆条。此机器由全不锈钢制成，刀具易于更换，可用来切薯片或土豆条。

第4步：焯水

首先，将足够的热水倒入机器主体中预热。当水温达到80-100摄氏度时，将土豆条或土豆片放入内置网框中。焯水2-3分钟后捞出。焯水后的水可以通过水出口排出。

第5步：脱水

第6步：炸制
This process requires the use of a fryer. This potato frying machine is the same as the blanching machine used in the fourth step. It only needs to change the water inside the case to oil. When the temperature of the temperature measuring gun reaches about 180 degrees, the potato chips can be placed for frying. Generally, the potato chips are fried in 3-5 minutes, and the longer the fried, the crisper the taste. But not too long, otherwise, it will produce a burnt taste.

第7步：去油
