Our complete industrial apricot kernel shelling line has finished factory inspection and reinforced export packaging. This full\u2011flow nut processing equipment with a 1\u20111.5 tons per hour capacity is loaded into a container and shipped to Armenia. <\/p>

It will help the local processor realize automatic grading, shelling, shell\u2011kernel separation, and manual picking for apricot nuts.<\/p>

Customer background & nut\u2011processing project requirements<\/h2>

The Armenian customer owns a medium\u2011scale local nut processing factory. Apricot nuts are abundant local raw materials. The factory used to rely on scattered small\u2011size shelling devices and heavy manual work.<\/p>

Manual processing brought low output, a high kernel breakage rate, and unstable finished\u2011product quality. To expand production scale and improve kernel intact rate, the client planned to build a continuous automatic processing workshop.<\/p>
