Recently, our full set of potato chips processing plant completed factory inspection, export packaging, and container loading, and was shipped to Burundi. We took comprehensive photos of the entire shipment site to document the standardized delivery procedure for this potato crisp manufacturing equipment.
Customer background and production plan
The buyer Aslam Abdullatif serves as Managing Director of Crispy sprl, a local snack food enterprise based in Kabondo, Burundi.
The company plans to build a brand-new local factory for mass production of fresh potato chips and fries. Local market demand for affordable packaged potato snacks keeps rising, yet there is a lack of automated complete processing lines in the region.
After in-depth communication and full verification of our equipment performance, the client decided to import our integrated potato chips processing plant to realize fully automatic production from raw potato washing to finished sealed packaging.

Whole cooperation & equipment confirmation process
During early communication, we shared real workshop operation videos, overseas customer case records, and test reports of the automatic potato chips production line.
We arranged multiple online video factory tours, allowing the client to watch the running potato chips processing plant and communicate technical parameters with our professional engineers.
All his concerns about production capacity, machine matching, and local power adaptation were fully solved. The client fully recognized our complete line design and reliable equipment quality, and confirmed the full order smoothly.
Standard export packaging and shipment on-site
All machines of the potato chips processing plant received anti-rust treatment first. Large main units were wrapped with multi-layer waterproof, dust-proof, and shockproof protective film.
Precision spare blades, inkjet printers, and small core components were separately packed into solid export wooden cases to avoid collision damage during long cross-border transportation.
Workers fixed all equipment firmly inside the shipping container. Every step of hoisting, stacking, and sealing was fully photographed for the client’s filing and inspection.
All-round after-sales technical support
We provide full English operation and maintenance manuals for the whole potato chips processing plant. Our technical team offers 24-hour online remote guidance for equipment installation, parameter debugging, routine cleaning, and blade replacement.
We maintain sufficient stock of all matching spare parts to support uninterrupted potato crisp production for the Burundi snack factory in the long term.
