春巻き包装機はどのように動作するのですか?

Prepare the batter: first, prepare the batter needed for making spring roll wrappers. This can be done manually or using a dough mixer/batter mixer for automatic preparation, ensuring the batter is smooth and uniform.

Preheat the equipment: heat the baking wheel to approximately 160°C to create the appropriate temperature for baking the wrappers.

Apply the batter: activate the batter pump to deliver the batter to the nozzle. Control the clutch lever to ensure the batter is evenly distributed across the curved surface of the baking wheel.

Collect the wrappers: after the baking wheel rotates 270°–300°, the batter cures and automatically separates from the baking wheel, producing round or square spring roll wrappers.

According to the different heating methods, the machine can be divided into three categories: electric heating, gas heating, and electromagnetic heating.

機械使用上の注意

1. The heating cylinder needs to be preheated at a temperature of about 70°C to 80°C. A small amount of edible oil should be applied to the surface of the heating cylinder.
2. ノズル両側のつまみを加熱シリンダーと平行になるように調整してください。調整後、生産を開始できます。
3. 初期生産では速度と温度を少し下げます。生産が正常に実行されている場合、機械の速度と温度は徐々に上昇します。
4. この機械を設置するときは、しっかりとした滑らかな地面を選択する必要があります。
5.  本機を設置する際は、加熱シリンダーが軸線と平行になるように設置してください。また、機械の底部は完全に安定している必要があります。
6. 生産終了後は、機械をきれいな水で洗浄する必要があります。
7. 機械を使用する前にアース線を接続する必要があります。
8. 使用中は加熱シリンダーに触れないでください。

トラブルシューティング方法

1. Unable to start: check the power supply, switch, and wire connections to ensure they are functioning properly.
2. Sudden shutdown: try pressing the inverter button or restarting the power supply. If that does not work, replace the inverter.
3. Main unit does not adjust speed: check or replace the speed adjustment button.
4. Conveyor belt does not adjust speed: check the transmission mechanism and motor for damage.
5. Tripped circuit breaker: check the heating plate, wiring, and copper slip rings for electrical leakage.
6. No heating or intermittent heating: check and replace the leakage control meter or thermocouple.
