The client is a professional snack food manufacturer in Russia, mainly engaged in the production and sales of Western-style pastries, fried snacks and specialty street foods including chin chin.
With the continuous expansion of the Russian local snack market, the demand for flavored pastry products has increased significantly. The customer’s original manual and semi-automatic cutting equipment had low efficiency, uneven size, high labor cost and low output, which could not meet market supply needs.

This automatic chin chin cutter runs stably at a capacity of 100–150 kg/h, suitable for continuous production in small and medium-sized food factories.
The whole machine is made of food-grade stainless steel, which is safe, hygienic and easy to clean. The cutting thickness and length can be adjusted freely to meet different product style requirements.

Packaging shipment and after-sales support
After passing the inspection, the chin chin snack making machine was packaged with anti-collision foam and moisture-proof wooden cases to ensure safe transportation across long distances. The machine was smoothly loaded and shipped to Russia.
