商用果汁机的组成部分

商用果汁机由框架、传动系统、进料部分、榨汁部分、液压系统、防护罩和电控部分组成。

压榨螺旋与主轴旋转，输送螺旋与压榨螺旋反向旋转。本设备是在压榨基础上开发改良而成，满足客户需求。在喂料箱入口处增加一组破碎挤压辊，以在压榨前破碎物料，从而实现更好的榨汁效果。因此，特别适合枣、杏、梨、洋葱、大蒜、姜等果汁的榨取。

工作原理

此商用榨汁机为破碎式螺旋压榨机。工作过程为：物料进入破碎箱后，高速旋转的破碎杆将物料破碎，然后进入压榨系统。接着输送螺旋将进入喂料箱的物料推入。通过减小螺旋的节距和增大直径，挤出物料中的液体（果汁）。挤出的液体通过筛孔流出，集中在榨汁料斗中。

After pressing, the dregs are discharged from the commercial fruit juice machine between the end of the sieve barrel and the cone body. The rear part of the cone body is equipped with springs. By adjusting the pre-tightening force and position of the springs, the resistance of the dregs discharging and the size of the dregs outlet can be changed. This method can be used to adjust the dryness and wetness of pressing.

使用与维护

1. 在喂料前，应关闭锥体和出口，并用螺母适当调节压力弹簧的预紧力。形成抗渣阻后，应检查挤压效果，然后适当调节弹簧的程度和位置，以达到理想的挤压效果。
2. 在喂料时，应防止石块或其他杂物进入商用果汁机。应去除直径大于8毫米的树枝，以免损坏筛筒。
3. 在压榨结束时，应提前放松弹簧，背后的果渣不应压实，以便于清理。长时间不用时，应清洁商用果汁机，并用油保护生锈部分。
4. 传动系统、传动部件和轴承应定期加注润滑油或润滑脂。
