At the beginning of 2019, customers from the United States sent us an inquiry via email. In the mail, the customer told us about his main requirements, including production capacity and plant area. Our sales manager, Joanna, sent him a CIF quote based on the client’s request.
Problems encountered：
The customer asked if our peanut candy could be pressed to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Adjusting the thickness of the peanut candy can be done only by adjusting the distance between the pressure roller and the conveyor belt, so this problem is easily solved. In the subsequent communication, the customer made a new request, he asked us to deliver within 20 days after receiving the deposit. This problem is also easily solved because we have stock in our factory.

Soon, we negotiated various details with the customer and signed the order.
Customer return order:
In April 2019, the customer sent a return order and needed to purchase a jujube de-core machine. Sales manager Joanna asked about the diameter of the jujube, and the customer quickly gave a reply. Since we have already conducted a transaction before, the customer trusts us, and after the quotation is given, the customer immediately places an order.
