Big crab spring rolls:
Prepare ingredients such as 200 grams of large crab meat, 4 spring cakes, 10 grams of sprouts, 1 gram of chrysanthemum petals, crab meat seasoning, 5 grams of condensed milk, 5 grams of cream, 2 grams of salt, 2 grams of white pepper, vinegar sauce, Korean hot sauce 50 grams, 3 grams of garlic, 8 grams of Sprite, 25 grams of Korean vinegar, 12 grams of sugar.
- Boil the big crab in a steamer that has been placed in Korean shochu for 7-8 minutes. Remove the meat of the crab. According to the ratio, complete the crab meat seasoning and mix well with the crab meat.

The ingredients are prepared from spring rolls, egg whites, sauces, frozen green beans, quick-frozen crab, salt, white pepper, and oil.
- Green beans are cold hydrolyzed. The frozen crab will be naturally thawed and cut into small pieces.
- Add the green bean，crab，salt and white pepper to the sauce and stir it evenly into a filling.
- Place an appropriate amount of filler on each spring roll, then roll it into a spring roll and apply egg white on the edges to make it stick.
